What kinds of materials do you use in packaging?
We try to keep our treasures as plastic free as possible. We use cardboard envelopes for shipping and protective glassine paper to pack our products. Glassine paper is made in a sustainable process without chemicals. It’s also 100% recyclable.

Is shipping tracked?
Yes, we ship all orders with tracking.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
We will ship orders once or twice a week from our studio in the Netherlands. Everything is hand packaged and we don’t use any foreign print-on-demand services. That means, if we encounter a big influx of orders, it might take a few days longer before your order will be processed. Thank you for your patience in advance!
